Firms Most Like JSC
I am curious what firms out there are most like Jane Street as far as the following characteristics:
1. Hires college grads.
2. Relatively small and centralized.
3. Math abilities stressed above all else.
JSC is not small..
Optiver although my perception is they are largely options focused. They definitely hire engineering types fresh out of college. I don't think they have a NY office or trade equities, unlike JSC.
