First Advantage Background check timeline

So i’ve got an offer to transfer internally with a BB bank from Asia to London. I submitted First Advantage online form about a month ago and they came back asking me to send a consent form 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard from them ever since but HR told me it’s still pending.

Anyone has experience with them?

First Advantage actually conducted my background check twice already with the same employer a few years back when I first joined but I never saw/knew the result. But this time, my current employer won’t process exit formalities until everything is cleared (since it’s internal transfer) and I need to start in London in 2 weeks so a bit worried about timing.
