Five Rings Capital or Jane Street Capital?

Hi, I'm trying to decide between these firms for full-time for the assistant trader position, and would like to hear what others have to say about these firms. Feel free to PM me.

Five Rings is up and coming but Jane Street (and GETCO I guess if you're talking about the entire prop universe) are a notch above other prop shops in terms of the caliber of people they are able to recruit. This may become closer if Five Rings continues to do well over the next several years, but I don't think we are there yet. Five Rings and Teza (started by ex-Citadel guys) are the two prop shops which are rising quickly and are generally considered to be only a notch below JSC and GETCO. In addition, from what my friends still in undergrad tell me, Jane Street's interview process is more rigorous than Five Rings', but I don't have direct knowledge of the interview processes.

Does Teza even hire undergrads? My understanding was that they only hire experienced people. Do you know what starting base at a place like teza or five rings is?
