Fixed Income S&T in Memphis

I was going through my messages the other day and noticed a trader at a regional bank i occasionally do biz with was based out of Memphis, TN. I was just wonder what's it like working in Memphis in fixed income S&T. The city seems to have a good presence of tier 3/regional type shops in the agency MBS, Muni and Corporate bond spaces. Doing a quick search on bloomberg I see salespeople and traders at shops like Cantor, Duncan Williams, FHN, Suntrust/Truist, Raymond James and Vinningg & Sparks all have S&T folks in Memphis.
