Flow Traders Reputation

Heya anybody able to shine some light on Flow's reputation? Is it on par with Optiver / IMC? I've heard that it's a bit less competitive.

Also heard that comp at Optiver this year was ~$400K. Anyone able to shed light on Flow's comp for this year?

Flow Traders is quite a new and upcoming firm in the Netherlands where there reputation is solid. Recently engaged in new efforts to expand internationally which reflects the firm’s good performance. Think it’s not on-par with Optiver (maybe in NL it is?) but should be a solid place to work. I’m not sure of their brand name on the street and how well-recognised they are though

Optiver IMC better known yes but Flow still a really good place to go. A bit more of a relaxed atmosphere , had really nice in-office perks too, at least before covid started.

Comp for what role? Going to vary widely based on experience and performance. First year is not going to be 400k usd.
