FT Recruiting During Internship

Hey guys, I'm currently an S&T Summer Analyst at a MM bank and was wondering how to go about networking for FT during my internship? I like my bank so far but don't want to put all my eggs in one basket if I don't get an offer/my desks aren't hiring. Should I be reaching out to ppl as of now or waiting a few weeks? I didn't get an offer from a BB in particular that I had a Superday with in the fall, although I really liked the ppl/culture there (they're one of the top players in almost every product too). How do I go about getting reinterviewed by them? Thanks.
