Full-Time S&T Analyst Role - non-traditional

Hello everyone,

I just decided I want to change paths and go the S&T route.

 I am a:

non-target student (senior) 3.5 - 3.7 GPA *** got a full-ride to a large state school

Have had internships in VC, IB M&A, AM ( Institutional Portfolio Management), and Equity Research (Buyside)

It recently hit that I want to make the switch to trading and I know I am really late in the game. I am studying for the CFA Level 1 test and will hopefully have that completed as soon as I graduate.

In being honest with me please - how hard do you think it will be for me to land a full-time analyst role as a trader given that I have not had an internship in trading? I know it won't be easy but I don't think it's impossible. I just wanted to hear the communities thoughts on the matter.
