Fun Desks To Trade?

Hi all,
I'm starting to recruit for FT trading, preferably QT roles and I was wondering what are the most fun desks to trade/work on. At first, though I was thinking of some sort of Commodities or Options desk, but I heard that usually they don't hire Ugrads onto derivative desks. Background: 3.5, T20 uni, math & econ major w cs minor, 2 possibly 3 relevant internships (waiting on offer)

Would love to hear about different experiences trading different products, or even if my choice matters much. Thanks!
