Fund & trading entity - fund flow

Hi,

we are implementing a fund in BVI. We will have a fund entity and we also want to establish a trading entity. The question is, how is the cash flow working between those entities. Do both need an intercompany agreement, SLA, loan agreement or should it be as equity?

Thank you.
