I have an interview for an FX and Rates Structuring role. I have a basic idea of what a structurer does (designs bespoke derivatives for clients and prices them) but I don’t have any direct market or trading experience. I work as a middle office quant right now in a modelling team (in treasury). I also have an engineering background so together this may have landed me the interview. I was wondering about knowledge and topics to prepare and types of questions to expect. Thanks.
