Garden Leave/Notice for Going Back to School
I am currently an associate (~2 years at my job, interned at the firm and went there right after graduation), and am about to give my notice that I am leaving to go back to school. Is anyone able to advise on if that will impact/entitle me to garden leave? I am supposed to give a 30 days notice, and am completely fine with working the 30 days, but am wondering if anyone has input into whether they will ask me to not come in?
