GCM VS S&T
Hi everyone,
I was hoping I could get some advice. I am currently on the grad scheme for a tier 3 investment bank on a derivs desk. I like the job but I am on the lookout for something better. I have an offer for an off cycle in ECM/DCM/LevFin at a BB that pays more and also I’d love to have that name on my cv. I’m quite perplexed, I’m not sure what I want to do in life in general, I really enjoy programming so potentially fintech at some point. Is it worth it to take the risk to see how a bigger bank works? Is GCM really the death trap ppl online make it out to be ?
what would you do
