What are the best banks to target this fall for trading jobs not having a BB internship this summer (interned at smaller bank)? Do some banks hire more outside candidates than others?

don't even try at lehman, they take most of their new hires from their analyst program. based on sheer % of full time offers from the SA program, try for Goldman, seeing as they dont take as many of their summer interns as other BB's do.

GS, MS, JPM, etc take a lot from their summer programs. It's standard practice across the street. Apply everywhere and see what you get.
