Global markets desks selection

Hey everyone,

I am an incoming summer analyst at global markets (a.k.a S&T), and I would like to choose a credit-related desk. Can someone please explain the roles of the following desks, and give some suggestions when choosing the preferred desk? And are there any difference in the skillsets required from those desks?
