Going for graduate or waiting... need your advise

S&T monkeys,

Just wanted your 2cents regarding my situation.

Graduate/Analyst programs for 2020 are open and running.

I am under contract with my bank for a 6+6 internship that in case can be converted - at the end of the 12m - in a graduate program. (may 2020)

I am almost done with the first six, and given actual situation of the bank do not know if this will be converted or not. So I started looking around for possible opps.. I now have around 10months exp in markets and 6 in corporate finance in a F100..

should I search for 2020 analyst position or just now for entry level positions? I finished my master this June and started working at my bank earlier this May

I think another year waiting for Sep 2020 probably is too long... ages! but if is the probably only viable option...

I was also looking for prop shop/AM/HF other than banks if it helps for advises, I am based in London

thanks you all
