Sounds like an itunes purchasing style format offered via a facebook platform. I don't know if they plan to expand into netflix unlimited style territory here, but this news isn't really a bust for NFLX
They own the rights to the movies and studios that are running on iTunes. I don't know their contract make-up but I'm pretty sure WB can eventually leverage their hand to squeeze out what iTunes have access to. Just a guess on my part.
