Good Practice Charts?

Hey Monkeys,

Does anyone know a good place where I can watch real time graphs of U.S. equities and use technical indicators (I know I'm lame)

It is good but it doesn't list all of the equities I'd like to look at some of the tools are strange and it doesn't show bid / ask flow (to get better understanding of buy/sell power momentum)

Any suggestions would be great
