Grad Trading Salaries EU

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has insights into the current total compensation (TC) for new graduates at the top quant firms in Europe. I understand that salaries are generally lower than in the U.S., but how many firms actually pay more than 200k? I'm thinking of companies like Jane Street, Optiver, and Citadel—are there others?

I'd also be interested in hearing how the work-life balance (WLB) compares across these top firms, as I've heard very different things.

I appreciate any insights you can share!
