GS Global Markets Coffee Chat

Through either the GS website or my school career center(think target public - UM, UVA, CAL Berk) I received an email from an analyst at GS saying he was part of the Global Markets division and that I was selected for a coffee chat.  I know this is relatively informal and generally a networking piece.  I also know to practice, generate a handful of anticipated questions and concise answers and that there may be a bit of behavioral analyzing going on.  Anything else I should know?  Is it a good thing?  Waste of time?  Any insight, info or experienced thoughts are welcome.  TIA
