its just like for SWE apps - need to get a minimum score + pass resume screen. Given how many people probably pass all TCs for the hackerrank, its unlikely ur gonna get a first round if you bomb it unless u have a crazy good resume/referral

 

Dang, RIP. Does this apply even if all of the information sessions the recruiters said they don't have a minimum hackerrank score? Or do they just say this to save face? Thanks for your response.

 

even if they don't have a minimum score those that score higher will naturally be given preference

happens to the best of us, hackerrank is a right pain in the ass

 

Sounds about right, oh well good learning experience now I know what it entails for future roles I guess. Thanks
