Headhunters for S&T
I’m currently a 2nd year analyst at a BB, trading a macro oriented product. I’ve recently began looking at external opportunities both sell side macro trading roles and buyside junior trader roles. I was wondering what head hunting firms are the best for lateral bank moves and buyside moves? Specifically in NY
how do external opps work for s&t folks? are you being reached out to by recruiters or is it on you to find & get in contact with headhunters?
Did you get any clarity on this? Buyside headhunters seem more clear cut but seems pretty murky for S&T.
