HF Sinclair Rotational Trading Program - Insight?

In the process for this program at this refinery - HF Sinclair. Is anyone familiar with their rotational program? Would it be conducive to becoming a trader there or moving on to a supermajor TDP or potentially to a merchant house? The rotations move across crude / refined products scheduling and trade support as well as branded marketing and optimization.

They actually have a sizable refining asset base after the merger between hf and Sinclair.  Bigger than BP or Shell in North America nowadays on that metric.  I would think trading for them means sourcing for their own refineries, like a smaller version of Valero.  If you have an offer there and nothing better, sure why not take it.

Would you recommend staying there or trying to leverage that for a TDP like the one at Shell?

What about grad programs at the trade shops? You think they stack up against bp/shell or still worth trying to move over?
