if i see this question one more time I might just quit this board. I used to not care when the same question got asked every other day, but now its really bothering me.
lol. jimbo / tekno when you are speaking to candidates who are looking to move from banking to S&T do you want to see them interested in a specific product or are you interested in them being open and a good fit for the firm? im trying to make the move now and unfortunately never interned in S&T so I havent rotated desks. I have an idea of areas of interest and asset class but not a definite I have to work in xx product and and want to know if that is acceptable to an interviewer
FX spot can, and is, done by computers. Why would one every start out there?
And cash equities? Same thing.
