How client facing is sell-side trading?
Not really sure why I am making this, but thought I may as well.
This year has really highlighted the potential that A.I. displays, and how much stuff we didn't think it could do it can do. I haven't even started university yet. I feel terrified going in knowing that by the time I graduate, I might not even be able to find a job let alone a rewarding one.
I would love to be able to trade as a career, but it feels like most of the non-client facing roles are going to go to dust. How client-facing is traditional sell-side trading? Am I better off pursuing sales instead?
