How is TD culture? Be honest
I am starting a co-op term in the trading floor really soon and wanna know more about the culture at the bank. Everyone had said to me that it's amazing and the best at Bay st but be honest it's that good? Anyway I am just excited and overwhelmed!

They are the bank that cuts the least in a recession and tries their best to limit the reductions in bonuses.
