It has been 10 days for Lloyds already and they told me that their superday is in March/April, so I am really not sure what to think here. Also, for CIBC it is only been 2 business days. Should I contact the HR or wait some more?

If the superday for Lloyds is in March/April, definitely be patient. It takes a bit of planning and if they did the first rounds so early they are probably still interviewing other candidates.

For CIBC, 2 business days is normal; if you haven't heard by Monday next week maybe think about inquiring. I always take the stance that after first rounds, no news is good news. For superday results, Canadian banks like to give you a call later that night/next day.

Also, was CIBC on campus recruiting for you? I'm surprised they are doing their superday so late.

Yes, it was campus recruiting for capital markets. There weren't that many people interviewing with them though

They still have to go to all the other Universities and find other potential superday candidates. Anything up to a week is normal, but once you get into the week and a half, two week range it probably means they filled their final round spots.

Are you a third year student?

No, I'm a senior but I am in a five-year program so that I would graduate with a masters as well.
