How soon can I open a prop trading shop of my own?
I want to open my own Prop trading shop. Perhaps have 10-15 employees and a turnover of $10m. What skills should I focus on for the next 3-4 years to be able to start off after that period? I am a fresher right now but have been trading in stocks with 6 figure profits since 4-5 years. I want to work on my own as soon as possible without sweating it out for others in the best years of my youth. Would really appreciate some good advice that can help me chart my path.
