How the hell do I escape this job?

Trying to get out of trading because the longer I stay, the longer I pigeonhole myself. The problem is... how the hell do I find time to interview? I can hardly take a piss without the world ending in my absence. In banking and fields with more downtime, taking an hour or two for interviews seems easier... but in trading there are days when I am off the desk for 10 mins a day, 6:30 - 6. My boss understands the occasional appt, but in a multiple round process, I am struggling to find time to interview without also getting in trouble.

For people who have left... how????

Can't you say that you are having a day off or some kind of appointment with the doctor?
