How to follow up on no-response cold networking emails

I recently have been starting to send out cold networking emails, and I was wondering how should I handle a non response. My response rate seems fairly normal based on what other people on the website are saying, and I feel like I may be able to raise it by following up. I wanted to see though if it would be impolite to re-email a trader that didn’t respond a week or two later to see if they may respond. How would you recommend doing this, or should I just leave them be? I also use an email tracker and can see most of these no responses opened the email once or twice but that’s it.

I always give 2 weeks until first follow up, another week for a third (I rarely sent third emails though). Honestly up to you, just don’t be a dick about it

"I just wanted to follow up regarding the email I sent on XXX. I would love to set up a call with you to learn from your success in YYY if you have the time."

Send it Monday through Thursday in the morning or after lunch, at least three days after the initial email.
