How well am I doing?

Fellow Monkeys,

I've been trading equity as a (very expensive) hobby for about 3 years now. I entered the market as a bull in Jan. 2008, and yes, the market took me to the cleaners. It cost me $10,000 - but the lesson beat every college course I ever took!

Finally, this September I switched my strategy and target stock. Since then, I've been doing pretty well (up 38%, see graph) and I wanted to know if it is worth thinking about pursuing real capital via a prop firm or other method. Any advice is appreciated.

Here are my portfolio stats for the last 64 trading days (24 days up, 21 days down, 19 with 0 change):

No. of round-trip trades: 7

Mean Daily Return: 0.57% STDEV (SD): 3.55%

Annualized Return 141.62% Annualized SD: 56.15% Excess Return (RFR): 138.12%

Assumptions Risk Free Rate: 3.50% Minimum Acceptable Return: 0.50%

Sharpe Ratio: 2.46

Beta: 0.660430771 r2: 0.10475

Attached is an index of my portfolio as well as a Beta graph (this might be useless with an r2 of .1)

Thanks,

ZM
