HSBC S&T Internship Conversion
Will be heading to HSBC S&T HK for an internship this summer, what would your advice to get a return offer and does anyone know the return offer rate for this bank?
50% for USA offices for S&T
It was around 66-75% in hk a few years back but seems like it's been declining in the past 1-2 years, feels closer to 50% now. The bank is also going through a massive restructuring right now so I wouldn't be surprised if it fell further.
