HSBC S&T vs Wells S&T (Equities)

Currently waiting to hear back from GS FICC + Equities after my SPD, but my best offers right now are HSBC and Wells for summer 2026, both in NYC. Which one should I take if GS doesn't work out? Looking to ultimately do FX/commodities trading, but I feel like Wells has a better reputation? (Their pay is also better, 110k annualized vs. 100k.) Any insights would be appreciated!
