HSBC Superday

I have my first ever superday approaching for S&T at HSBC -- does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for this? I have a great motivational story and I've been following the markets. Besides that, what should I expect? I've interned at a BB before and I had two interviews back to back but they were purely fit based.
