HY FI Institutional Sales Pay Structure
Considering accepting role at small IB that would pay me salary of ~ 70K first year as a institutional sales assistant, then give me account packages in the following year.
What is typical commission structure for institutional sales people? What do people normally make in their first year? The guy I was interviewing with said "its not really a sales role", but how true is this? What is common for people to make in first year in institutional sales role?
