Im not overthinking these offers right?

I have two offers: Wells Fargo S&T FI & Blackrock FI Product Strat. I should go with the BLK offer right? Only thing that makes me overthink is that WF has a built in S&T Program versus BLKs more strategy working with portfolio managers & research. But BLK is one of the most prestigious firms in the world.

I think you all know where I am going with this but I needed to make sure Im not being stupid.

Also any ideas on exit ops from each firm?

In a vaccuum, BLK looks a lot better.  I think it will also be easier to lateral out to other opps with that.

The big problem with WF imo is that they have been mandated by senior management to just monteize franchise value and reduce risk greatly - as a result most of the work is cleaning up existing positions and B2Bing new flow.  That's the sort of trading strategy which doesn't generate a lot of extra P&L, but doesn't suffer big drawdowns.  It does not require much expertise; so hard to convince your superiors you deserve to get paid.
