IMO 2020 : Heavy desk

With IMO 2020 on the horizon the shipping industry is undergoing a big change. With LSGO and MGO turning out to be the main competitors the scene looks to be getting interesting. Where things stand currently what is your opinion on the Heavy Desks at the different trading houses and oil majors especially those with blending operations?

Will they play an even major role after 2020 or do you think their demand will go down in a few years time?

I ask this because I’ve heard varying opinions on this topic and would like to know your thoughts as well.
