Initial call with Recruiter to discuss a role?
Recruiter got in touch with me about a role and we scheduled an initial call in a couple of days to discuss more about the opening.
I'm currently FT so it would be a lateral move. Anyone know how formal these calls are? I'm thinking its just that, a call to get more details about the opening and to see if I'm interested. But just want to make sure I won't get grilled with questions/technicals. Its a top firm so wouldn't want to fuck it up.
Anyone have experience with this? First time doing something similar.
