Opinions on which is the best for a S&T summer analyst position?
I'm interested in the FICC division at each of these.

I would recommend UBS, they have a huge trading floor and pretty large FI division
BarCap, take a look:

BarCap has been much more successful in navigating the credit crisis than BAML or UBS. UBS's fixed income division has been decimated over the past few years, so while there will be a lot of opportunities, it is in a rebuilding phase to my knowledge. I would personally go for BarCap due to its strength in S&T (especially in FI and FX), but all 3 are great places to start. congrats.
