Interview prep/expectations for lateral hire (S&T)

Hi all, I’m a currently an analyst on a BB S&T desk in London and I have an interview in a couple days for an associate level opening at another BB desk. However I’m very unsure what I am supposed to do to prepare, all the resources or advice I’ve seen here is for IBD / PE / L/S Equity HF. At this stage I’m not sure how much I should be thinking about competencies and what kind of technical questions. Anyone who has been in a similar position or know of someone who has been able to share their experience?
