Is Fixed Income Structuring for quants?
I'm looking into Fixed Income Structuring, but as a humanities major I'm a little wary.. is it full of quant types?

first off, why are you looking into?
it can be fairly quantitative, but they should screen appropriately...you're unlikely to be hired if you can't handle it.
Is this true across all structuring desks?
Well I don't want to trade, and between sales and structuring I think structuring will elt me work on models, which I would like to do

and yet you're not into quantitative stuff? that's exactly what models are.
I have interest, but am scared that I will not be able to hand it. I know a lot of humanities majors in S&T and Corp Fin, so it can be done, but I don't know anyone in structuring so wanted to see what type of stuff/how quant the people are? Can you tell me more about that?
interview and meet them and go from there...let them do the screening.

structuring is more quantitative than both sales and trading. you're dealing with excel models all day and you'll need to be solid on numbers.
