Is S&T getting more competitive than IB this year?
To establish some credibility, I attended interviews 2 years ago but ended up joining the buyside. I tried to recruit again this year and not only the technical questions are getting harder but the interviewers were much more condescending and less forgiving than previous years. Considering to cease all S&T applications and grind it out in IB due to how difficult this recruiting season has been. Am I the only one
