Jane Street - Back Office / Operations - Reconciliation

I have a 2nd round phone interview within the next few weeks for the Reconciliation analyst position at JS. Anyone know what the phone screen is like for these types of operational roles? Most of the stuff I have read online is in regards to quant trading /CS positions. I assume the interview process would be a little different but do not want to go in blindly.

Any tips on how to prepare?
