Hi all
For JPMs private bank, I’m curious how bankers are paid past the initial few years. Does AUM turn into a grid payout where it’s all commission based? If not, and its salary bonus, how does this play out?
I know Goldman goes straight to commission, and is effectively 30% grid payout. Wondering how this compares, as well as the other big banks for pwm/private banking.
