JPM Quant/Trading Base Salary in London?

Hey, I'm joining JPM as an Analyst soon on a London flow desk. I was told that everyone at the same level receives the same base salary. For example, all first-year Analysts have the same base, all second-year Analysts have the same base, and so on, with the same applying to Associates in all Quant/Trading teams.

Does anyone know the current base salaries for Associate Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3? I'm just trying to understand the typical salary progression. Since the base is standardized by level, I thought it shouldn't be too sensitive to discuss.
