I am trying to weigh if an offer is fair but am unsure exactly what industry standard is. Does anyone have a rough breakdown of what base salary and % of p/l split would be as a junior trader trading Short term contracts (Balday, RT ND, DA ND) over ICE at a Prop shop would be?

I think it depends on how many years of experience, but maybe like $130K with 15% of PnL for someone with ~3 years...
at a prop you are likely on a draw and reviewed monthly.. i would say 75k with high % of PnL
