Lateral banks worth it?

Recently started at a large and strong MM Bank in Europe (Soccgen, Santander, BNP etc) in the corporate sales desk. I like the firm and it has a lot of internal mobility (e.g. corp sales to fix only desk etc).

I was just wondering whether or not you think it’s worth trying to lateral firms to BB Banks. Would need to built out a lot of reputation again nd it seems that especially in s&t (at least in my bank) there is a bit of a bias on colleges who have been with the firm for a long time.

I have no interest in leaving the industry or changing to trading. I want to remain in sales but am open to eventually change desks if it’s more lucrative than corp sales.
