lifestyle/time off/exercise

Would love to hear more from people in the business (s&t) about how much time you actually get away from work. Would be great to hear whether you're trading, sales, structuring, etc, and to hear how true it is that the hours are generally market hours +/- (up to 12 per day) during the week and free weekends. Idk if that's a myth or not

Also how do people keep active/ is it possible? is it possible to actually get into shape while you're working in s&t?
