You're missing a bunch of the big ones...Exxon Mobil, Petroleos de Venezuela, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Iraq National Oil Company, National Iranian Oil Company, Sonatrach, PetroChina, Petroleos Mexicanos, Chevron etc.
If you're going to put up useless list of unsolicited info at least make it accurate. I'm no oil & gas expert, but right off the bat I don't see Valero or Occidental Petroleum on there... also a few little known companies in the space: Exxon Mobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Petrobras.

You mean "Peugeot", whose corporate name is PSA (he quoted it), and "Opel", which belongs to GM. And yes, GM did go bankrupt and placed itself under protection of Chap. 11, but its reorganization went pretty well actually since they are apparently planning to IPO back in 2010.
