Looking For Decent Prop Shop In Chicago Or NYC
I am a recent graduate looking to get into a decent prop shop. I am only interested in full-time position because of my Visa issue, which means no remote training program or shops would not sponsor.
Anyone has ideas or could help?

Have been in sales and banks, nothing really related. I saw your post. Did you get in?
Yeah I will be working in a shop in Chicago next year.
If you aren't a STEM major or didn't graduate from a top school, your chances to land an interview on a top shop are really slim. You have to network real hard. There are some good shops(IMC, Optiver, Peak6, Tibra) who will give interviews if you just pass their online test. Aiming those shops would probably be a good idea.
