Looking to bring value to a trader and in return be mentored

So I'd like to pivot my career from financial analysis to trading (or something related to investments and financial markets). I'm wondering what - professional - traders could use or need. Maybe help with researching certain ideas or projects? If there are any traders or investors that are willing to lend an ear to answer questions, please message me.

Have a project in quant research and would love help. This is a personal project to be used for personal learning and exemplification of skill in interviews. I would by no means be a mentor of yours. PM me if interested.

"Hi please give me free slave labor, I can't give you anything in return but you can say you worked on a project for your resume even though it's personal and not with a firm anyways."

LOL
